GERARD HOULLIER admitted that skipper Steven Gerrard and striker Michael Owen decided between themselves at the last moment who would take the crucial missed penalty against Fulham. Owen, who had missed 10 of his previous 23 penalties, clearly declined the opportunity to take a spot kick early in the second half against Fulham.
