JUST a few hundred people turned out to greet the Queen as she made a historic visit to Liverpool yesterday. City centre streets were largely empty as the Royal motorcade drove the Queen, pictured, inset, to the Anglican Cathedral to hand out Maundy money,despite them being lined with crowd control barriers.
