Liverpool Makes Uk Top Five for Parking Fines

LIVERPOOL has been ranked in the top five places in the country for issuing parking fines, with more than 100,000 people being hit with penalty notices in a year. The city is the fourth worst place outside London to park your car without fear of being ticketed, with only Brighton, Birmingham and Manchester handing out more fines.
