20mph Speed Restrictions Outside School ; Wales
NEW speed restriction signs will be in place outside a Denbighshire high school in time for the new school term. A 20mph speed limit is being introduced by Denbighshire County Council outside Rhyl High School during certain hours of weekdays in termtimes. It is the first scheme of its kind in Denbighshire and is believed to be the first in Wales.

A FAMILY stuck in Snowdonia used their camera flash to signal to a rescue helicopter. The couple and their 11-year-old son, from Chester, were lost and stuck on a ridge about 2,000ft above Blaenau Ffestiniog on Tuesday evening.
