Brothers of Anthony Killer in Murder Link ; Exclusive Pair Hunted After Birthday Party Stabbing

TWO men wanted in connection with the brutal stabbing of a Merseyside father are the brother and half-brother of Anthony Walker's murderer, Paul Taylor. Carl Taylor, known as "Chimpy", and Kevin Cork are being hunted by police investigating the fatal stabbing of 29-year-old father-of- one Thomas Harrison on Sunday.

Festival Hopes Fading

THE fight to save this year's MathewStreet Festival appeared to be in trouble last night. Officials at Cavern City Tours, who have been called in by council leader Warren Bradley, said it was "increasingly unlikely" the festival's famous outdoor stages could be used this year.

Police Hunt Park Thugs After Cygnets Shot Dead

POLICE are hunting a gang of men who slaughtered up to seven cygnets in a south Liverpool park. Officers were investigating reports the cygnets were blasted with a BB gun in Princes Park and their bodies left for foxes to eat. Sue Shaw, who lives nearby, regularly went to see the swans on the lake and was distraught when she heard what had happened.
