Lewis Urmson-Brown fell off a climbing frame near his Runcorn home at 7.30pm on Sunday, June 15. The paramedic who attended the incident at the address in Medway did not refer the child to hospital for treatment. In the early hours of the following morning, Lewis was found by his parents unconscious and frothing at the mouth.
