MORE than 1,300 pictures have now been sent to the Liverpool Daily Post's online photo gallery, which aims to document Capital of Culture year through the eyes of local photographers.

The city's architecture appears to be a popular focal point for many snappers using our gallery - on photo-sharing website Flickr - at the moment, with Kap'n'Kaos taking an unusual perspective of the Liver Building, framing it within ornate lamp-posts.
