AROUND 4,000 Orangemen from Merseyside lodges paraded through Southport.
The traditional "Twelfth" march, which celebrates the 1690 victory of Protestant King William over Catholic James II in the Battle of the Boyne, saw marchers bussed into the seaside resort from three Liverpool lodges, one in Bootle and others from Manchester.
