Summary
MY sister Emma rang me proudly to announce she has confronted one of her greatest fears - getting stuck in a lift. She had gone with two of her children to HMV as Cato had a birthday voucher and wanted to buy a game for his X-box. Emma always uses the stairs, but of course with Cato being in a wheelchair she has to use a lift when they're out together. He thinks his mum'sworries are a hoot, but Juno who is six is more susceptible to parental anguish.
They were the only ones in the lift when it stopped halfway up and remained stationary. Emma maintained an air of calm and put her finger on the alarm buzzer. For 15 minutes no one answered and she could just hear loud music and distant voices.See the full content of this document
