Summary

Plas y Dduallt, which translates to 'house on the black hillside', is one of the oldest inhabited houses in Wales dating back to the 15th century. Set in 160 acres of woodland in Snowdonia National Park, the grade II listed building borders the Ffestiniog Mountain Railway and the Maentwrog Nature Reserve.

Legend claims Plas y Dduallt is haunted by a young lady who walks through the house leaving a smell of freesias behind her.
