A WOMAN was yesterday banned from keeping dogs for two years after being found guilty of 17 charges of causing unnecessary suffering to animals.
Roberta Mitchell,58, who kept more than 30 dogs in her "filthy" home at Bettisfield, near Wrexham, was also ordered to pay pounds 600 towards the pounds 58,000 spent bringing her to court.See the full content of this document
