Summary
MUSICALS will dominate the new season at the Liverpool Empire, many making their first visit to the theatre. Among them is Footloose, a show based on the 1984 movie starring Kevin Bacon as a rebellious teenager in a small American town where rock and roll and dancing areillegal.
British director Paul Kerryson will direct the Broadway musical in June, with choreography from Karen Bruce.
