MUSICAL: Andrew Lloyd Webber's strange but successful Starlight Express is back in town with its energy undimmed. Staged on roller skates with imaginative costumes, it tells the story of a race between three different sorts of trains, steam, diesel and electric with the races filmed in 3D. THEATRE: Intriguing new production of Timberlake Wertenbaker's modern classic, Our Country's Good, in which the theatre stage has been raised to the level of the circle giving a feeling of theatre- in-the-round. A top-rate cast including John McArdle, Andrew Schofield, Leanne Best, above, and Charlie Brooks bring to life the story of convicts in 18th-century Australia putting on a play.
