UK Sport have scuppered any hopes Dwain Chambers could be eligible to receive lottery funding after his expected return to competition from a drugs suspension in the New Year.
Chambers is expected to relaunch his career on the indoor circuit after undergoing his final two rehabilitation drug tests which are obligatory before he can again compete.
