AN organisation has been launched to ensure the pounds 400m-a- year contact centre industry in Wales remains internationally competitive.
The Welsh Contact Centre Forum Ltd, a not for profit company limited by guarantee, will represent the interests of the 130 employers whooper ate contact centres throughout Wales.
