THE over 60s in Wales will benefit from a new domestic boiler scrappage scheme.
Environment minister Jane Davidson said pounds 2.5m would allow up to 5,000 homes to benefit from grants towards replacing an inefficient boiler . The new scheme, starting from April 1, will be targeted at the over 60s who are likely to be more vulnerable to fuel poverty, she said.See the full content of this document
