TRINITY Mirror chairman Sir Victor Blank warned City investors yesterday that the newspaper advertising market had softened in the past two months.
In a statement issued at its annual general meeting, the company said revenues for the first four months of the year were up by 2.3%. A sharp rise of 6.5% in January and February was partially offset by a fall of 1.4% in March and April.
