A SHAMED doctor who downloaded 5,000 pornographic pictures of children while working as a Navy surgeon is now employed by a Cheshire hospital trust.. Dr Stuart Ruthven, 30, is retraining as a pathologist and working at North Cheshire Hospitals NHS Trust which runs hospitals in Runcorn and War rington.
