Summary
I COULD not believe it this week when I returned to work after my annual summer holiday to discover that, yet again, the council has got lanes closed on the Strand.
This has caused me to sit in traffic for at least half an hour each morning and while I am pleased with all the work that has been done to improve the Liverpool One and docks area, I could do without getting to gaze at it endlessly every morning when I should actually be in my office getting some work done.See the full content of this document
