SUPERB bowling by Glen Chapple yesterday led Lancashire to victory by an innings and 228 runs on the third day at Chester-le- Street - wrecking Durham's unbeaten record in Division Two of the Frizzell County Championship.

Chapple took four for 18 as Durham were dismissed for 135, batting a man short because Jon Lewis had broken a collar bone after falling in the field.
