Australia captain Ricky Ponting will lead an all-star Rest of the World side in the first of two matches to raise money for the tsunami disaster appeal.

Fellow Australians Glenn McGrath, Shane Warne, Adam Gilchrist and Matthew Hayden will also play against an Asian XI in Melbourne on 10 January.
