UNDER-PRESSURE retail chains Currys and PC World will be "unrecognisable" after a three-year turnaround plan, their new boss pledged yesterday.

John Browett, chief executive of parent firm DSG International, unveiled a "consumer-focused" revamp which will bring thewholesale retraining of store staff, more choice of products and shop redesigns.
