AN AMBITIOUS pounds 10m scheme is unveiled today to redevelop a neglected and largely derelict area of the Mersey coastline.

Wirral Council has joined up with the prestigious Royal Mersey Yacht Club (RMYC) in the project which is expected to invest in gentrifying the coast between Rock Ferry and Eastham.
