YOU would think, wouldn't you, in today's freezing economic climate, that if you had something to sell and you found someone still willing or able to buy it, that you'd go an awful long way to make sure the deal didn't fall through.

You'd wade through raging icy torrents, scale precipitous frozen cliffs, leap crevasses, trek across vast plateaus of snow with packs of starving wolves snarling at your heels, ski down vertiginous ravines and hack your way into an igloo to deliver said article and receive said cash in your frost-bitten mitt. So to speak.
