AN HISTORIC collection of Roman sculptures could be sold out of Merseyside by a group of nuns, it was feared last night.

The 102 marbles housed in the Grade II-listed Ince Blundell Hall, near Crosby, are set to be removed under a planning application to Sefton Council.
