I HAVE written this recipe before, but some time ago. It is a real winner as a special dessert.

I have just changed the flavours around to give it more Christmas appeal. If you are really stuck for a truly spectacular dinner party dish on perhaps Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, this is really worth making.
