IT was suggested in an article in the Daily Post on Gwyl Y Faenol yesterday that North Wales Fire and Rescue Service undertake fire risk assessments for the festival and similar events.
However, the responsibility for undertaking any fire risk assessments rests with the organisers - The Regulatory Reform (Fire safety) Order 2005 states that anyone responsible for any premises (except a private single dwelling) in England and Wales must take action to comply with new fire laws.See the full content of this document
