MORE than 130 delegates from the food industry will be attending a new event called On a Plate at Portmeirion tomorrow and on Friday.
The event, organised by the Welsh Development Agency with Hybu Cig Cymru/Meat Promotion Wales and the Wales Tourist Board, will bring hoteliers and restaurateurs together with food distributors and suppliers from across Wales with the aim of encouraging the hospitality industry to look at sourcing more seasonal, local produce.See the full content of this document
