DAVID MOYES yesterday insisted honesty is the best policy after ruling out any imminent signings at Everton.

The Blues boss has reiterated he has no money to spend on new players during the transfer window. Moyes had been keen to bring acreativemidfielder into Goodison, with West Bromwich Albion's Jason Koumas at the top of his wanted list. But Moyes, whose side entertain Fulham this afternoon, has admitted he will not be making any moves in the market this month -and revealed he refuses to kid Blues supporters over the club's financial plight.
