WITH the British food scene currently reeling from the double revolutions of fusion and chemical cookery the concept of meat and two veg seems rather old hat.

As we've now moved from our south Liverpool home on Allerton Road to a new residence at The Side Door on Hope Street, we thought this provided an excellent opportunity to bring you some lovely recipes for side dishes which prove that traditional 'veg' still has a culinary right of passage.
