Summary
WE'D all like to live in a world where Hawarden Community Council's idea for people to give up their gardens to be used as allotments would work.
What the council is aiming for is a utopian world where people who perhaps can't cultivate their gardens, such as OAPs, pass them on to those who'd like to grow food in the space.
