It's been three months since the North Wales Force scrapped the old command units covering east, west and central areas; introduced nine 24-hour response hubs to deal with emergency call outs; cut the number of district inspectors from 15 to 10, and appointed a chief inspector for each county to work with councils and others to cut crime rates.
