Summary
GIVEN the current economic climate and the number of developments that are being mothballed up and down the country, we are really lucky that Neptune are going ahead with their plans.
They have stuck with New Brighton through thick and thin and we want them to know that we are really grateful to them. The WRCAC (Wellington Road Conservation Advisory Committee) opposed the redevelopment of the Floral Pavilion and look how successful that has been. We don't want them to get in the way of Phase 2.
