A HOMELESS man who claimed a judge's order that he be given shelter was "deliberately and willfully" flouted, failed to have Liverpool City Council found in contempt of court yesterday.

Lawyers for Gary Leather argued the local authority was in breach of an order made at the High Court in March this year compelling them to put a roof over his head.
