HEALTH centres in Liverpool have seen a surge of Wii-related injuries since Christmas. Children and adults are going into walk- in centres in the city with muscle strain, aches and pains after overdoing it on the interactive Nintendo consoles. Veronica Bellis, from NHS Liverpool Community Health, says workers at city health centres have noticed injuries resulting from the console.
