A KEBAB shop owner and one of his workers attacked a former employee who set up a rival take away at a seaside town, a court heard yesterday.

Yasar Akyuz, 33, was punched by 24-year-old Bekir Huyuk, while Dede Akinci,43, tried to hit him with a two-feet long piece of wood,magistrates at Llandudno were told. Ian Evans,prosecuting, said Mr Akyuz owned a kebab shop in Prestatyn high street but was assaulted when delivering food last March.
