Summary
ONE of the developers of Birmingham's Bullring complex has raised pounds 210m, after selling its stake in the site to an Australian fund.
The move by Land Securities, which also owns Liverpool's St John's shopping centre, comes 10 years after it joined the Birmingham Alliance as part of Europe's largest city centre regeneration project. The complex, which opened in 2003, is anchored by department stores Selfridges and Debenhams, and houses around 160 retailers.See the full content of this document
