A pounds 21m bypass that had to be resurfaced less than a year after it opened should finally be completed at the end of the summer - more than two and a half years late.

Clynnog Fawr bypass on the A499 between Pwllheli and Caernarfon opened at the end of 2008, after 12 months of hold ups for drivers caused by temporary traffic lights.
