Summary
COULD I pose a question which must be in the minds of hundreds of motorists who use the roads in and around Chester and Cheshire? The winter frosts are almost on us again and yet there are large numbers of potholes and sunken manhole covers which have still not yet been repaired from last winter's freezing conditions.
In my own village of Guilden Sutton the main link road to the A41 has several such deep holes posing a real danger to all types of traffic - particularly bicycles and motorcycles.See the full content of this document
