BUSINESS leaders are urging the Government to delay new employment and other laws they claim would cost firms almost pounds 800m a year.

The Federation of Small Businesses said measures such as extending flexible working and increasing staff holidays should be delayed to avoid putting more financial pressure on already- struggling firms.
