IT NEVER ceases to amaze me when I hear Tories and their chums, the Lib-Dems, whingeing about the profligate Labour government (Cllr Warren Bradley, Daily Post, June 17).
I didn't see any letters in the Daily Post demanding a stop to the school building and refurbishment programme, health centres and the electrification from Liverpool to Manchester to name but a few. The crisis was caused by the Tories' best friends, the banks, which were bailed out by a Labour Government and opposed by the Conservatives who would have left the country just as Thatcher did in the 80s, in free-fall.See the full content of this document
