THE Rotary Clubs of Liverpool and Liverpool Exchange would like to thank the commuters of Mersey Rail who so generously donated nearly pounds 1,400 to the Niger Famine Appeal at Central and Moorfield Stations on Thursday, August 11, 2005. Once again, following the donations given in January this year toward the South Asian Tsunami Disaster Fund, Merseyside has shown its generous big heart.
