Summary
AS A South Warrington resident, who is forced to endure the misery that is the Runcorn Bridge on a regular basis, I have long been looking forward to the prospect of a second crossing.
As things stand, short of leaving for work shortly after I get home from the previous evening, I can never guarantee arriving on time. There are endless roadworks and a single car breakdown or accident can grind the whole crossing to a complete halt.See the full content of this document
