I READ with growing despair and amazement the report in Tuesday's Post regarding the "Name and Shame" scheme devised by Liverpool police. Once again, we can see that nimbyism is alive and kicking in Liverpool, regardless of the pain and suffering that it is undoubtedly causing to others.
The part of Crown Street concerned is not a residential area, and in many ways fits the criteria which Flo Clucas has repeatedly put forward as one of the requirements of a tolerance zone, and over which the council has repeatedly dithered.See the full content of this document
