Summary
THE issue of promoting Line 3 to the airport is one which also has the support of the various regeneration agencies in the south end of Liverpool, and, indeed, the business sector represented by the chamber of commerce, so it is not just about what a political party wants.
It is clear that Line 3 makes a far better business case, and, given the Government's new stance on light rail funding, we believe they will want to see a proposal that does not rely entirely on government grants.See the full content of this document
