IT was interesting to read an Everton season ticket holder laying the blame for the proposed relocation to Kirkby firmly at the door of Liverpool City Council. His reasoning being that the council has accommodated LFC's request whilst 'slamming the door shut on EFC.
This view completely ignores the fact that EFC simply don't have the funds to build a stadium within the city or anywhere else (as LFC prior to recent takover) without the massive financial backing of a partner like Tesco.See the full content of this document
