Summary
FURTHER to Tom Bodden's article on Rhodri Morgan's speech to the Institute of Welsh Politics ('Morgan plans to hail nation's successes' September 20). It is very encouraging to see that in the run up to May's Assembly elections Mr Morgan has to turn to the successes of others to put a positive slant on a speech.
Mr Morgan highlighted the delivery of the Millennium Stadium, completed before his tenure, and the Senedd building, to which he was originally opposed, as examples of a new "can do culture" in Wales.See the full content of this document
