WHERE has Capital of Culture Year gone? The year has simply flown by, which means that Capital of Culture has been a great success.
The culmination of the year for me was the excellent New Year's Eve concert conducted by Carl Davis at the Philharmonic Hall and the hilarious Boeing Boeing at the Playhouse, which was performed by a marvellous and talented company.See the full content of this document
