IT IS not surprising there is so much binge drinking when the night-time economy in Liverpool and other major cities is now exclusively based around bars and clubs.
The Government has failed to deliver a credible drinking message to both youths and adults, with the result that we are rapidly turning into a nation of alcoholics.
