I READ your article ab out smoking in Liverpool with great interest (Daily Post,March 25).Many parts of the city centre are disgusting,covered with cigarette ends and chewing gum. I work in one of the wonderful three listed buildings on the waterfront and the pavements and roads around these buildings are a disgrace.
We have visitors coming to our lovely city and they see rubb ish, litter,filthy pavements and smokers hanging around outside buildings ignoring other people's health and having no thought for how it appears to the non-smoking,or more thoughtful smoking,public.See the full content of this document
